We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, client-centered care in homes throughout Baltimore County, Baltimore City and the surrounding areas. Our CNA's play a critical role in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in the place they call home.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in Maryland
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Negative PPD result with the last year OR Clear Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years.
• Ability to perform ADL tasks, including incontinence care and physical transfers
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Ability to pass required background and drug screenings.
• Social Security Card (or other acceptable document to establish Employment Authorization)State ID
• State ID (or other acceptable document to establish identity)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, feeding, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Perform light housekeeping duties related to client care.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the care team.
