We are looking for a reliable and flexible CNA to provide compassionate care to clients in their homes. You will follow personalized care plans to ensure the comfort and well-being of each client. Schedules vary, so flexibility is essential in meeting clients’ needs. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to individual care plans while offering the highest standard of care.

Duties:
Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with mobility and transfers
Monitor vital signs and report changes in health condition
Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
Assist with medication reminders and client comfort
Maintain patient records and report any concerns to the RN or supervisor

Requirements:
Active CNA certification in Maryland
Previous home care experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and follow care plans
Must have a reliable transportation
CPR and First Aid certification (CPR with BLS is a plus)
